Banned for insults

Interesting how genuine posters here can get banned for "insulting" other posters but posters do not get banned for insulting Wiggins, Froome and so on. Hardly right is it?

If by insult you mean raise the possibility that a pro cyclist who is doing much better than may have been expected based on his past performances just might be doping, then I think you are confusing "insult" with distrust. If you think that it is wrong to voice these sorts of opinions given the state of pro bike racing today, well not to be insulting (because I don't want to be banned) but you probably did not graduate near the top of your class.
Just an observation.

Whatever. I remain genuinely insulted by those in the Clinic who make such horrible and ill founded allegations. My personal view is that all of those guys should be in a clinic. They certainly appear to need some professional help.

Looking at your postings since you have come back, you are on your best way to a further suspension.

If is it not possible for you to disagree and debate without resorting to insults, then it would be better for to not participate in a forum at all.

It's all good.

I know it's the Tour, and things get a little heated every year, especially this year with the whole Armstrong saga and all its twists and turns, but in looking through the banned thread, all you see is "banned for insults" over and over and over gain.

It really has gotten particularly nasty, and when someone actually creates a thread specifically to insult people, you just have to shake your head...


Rant over.

Close the thread maybe?
