Want to take train to Lille and bike on to Roubaix for finale but dont have car.

desperate and hoping to luck on someone that can shoot me in right direction for bike rental.

Why don't you take the train all the way to Roubaix? It looks like the velodrome is about 4km from the train station. There are probably buses that will get you closer.
