C17 wider rim, wider ID. Part of the 'wider is better' mantra. YMMV and all that.

What BK said. If you want to run wider tyres get the wider rims so they don't balloon. If you're happy on 23c then I wouldn't bother.

Well I'm riding on 25mm, can I fit those on Campagnolo ZONDA (no C17 model!!) ?

Yes, a 25 fits.

Even Campy's version of wide is still pretty narrow compared to what's out there. The goldilocks rim width for a 25c tire is 19-20mm ID and 24-25mm OD. If you're the type who just fills to near max pressure and doesn't worry about tire performance nuance in relation to rim widths then splitting hairs over a couple mm doesn't matter.

Thanks for this info, I'm buying used wheels so I have option to get for a good price used Campagnolo ZONDA wheels. Is 200€ a good price for almost new 2015 model wheels with approx 500km (with tyres Continental GP4000S & Force Attack, don't know if it's 23 or 25mm)?

Well, both have really nice hubs but both also rely on 'sometimes-not-supported', proprietary parts, spokes/rims. Sooo, in a few years if you kill a rim or break a spoke, you may not be able to find a replacement. BUT, Campagnolo wheels(also Fulcrum-same company), are really excellent. I'd give a nod to them, particularly for the $.
