In the last 6 months (believe me I checked) only one thread has been started with the express purpose of discussing Robert Gesink in this sub-forum... Mine concerning the Gesink v. Van Den Broeck Tour match-up from two weeks ago.

For comparison, in the same period I checked there were at least four which had been started about Taylor Phinney.

The Dutch Mafia is good at hijacking threads, no doubt.

But the foreigners indulge us by not shutting us down when the Gesink talk begins.

This is a better poll because it doesnt have that Bavarian rider bias of creating a "maybe option".

He's got a loooong way to go to match Wiggins, Cavendish and Gesink though.

Only Wiggins and Cavendish threads are 99% of the time created by haters.

Besides Wiggins doesnt get that many threads.

ALTHOUGH! I do think a lot of non-dutch start the gesink hijacking also when they randomly dis him or belittle his chances or something.
