Can we please get the big, ugly white captions off the photos that accompany articles? They block the content, ruin the shot, are redundant, are sometimes hard to read, and just look bad. The caption is already under the photo - that's enough.
For example, the Tygart shaking hands photo in this gallery looks dreadful.
Is this just a Firefox thing, or is everybody seeing these bad captions covering the photo content?
If the purpose is to keep people form using CN photos, then why not put a watermark or logo unobtrusively in the corner - something that doesn't distract from the photos themselves?
