I found this bike repair stand for a crazy low price ($29.99) on

I am afraid to buy it.
Does anyone out there know anything about it?

Thanks,

I bough a similar model from Harbor Freight. I was prepared for it to be cheesy but it was even a poorer design than I predicted but it was budget unit to be kept near a loading dock at work. I solved the biggest problem, which was the base could not steady a 17 pound bike by adding a tire and rim from a van as a base weight. The rack is now harder to move, uglier to look at but the added ballast (20 bucks from near by gas station) has made the thing at least usable. Your's is 30 so even if you have to add something heavy for a base it may work good for light use.
The cheap Park bench mount arm is 50 and the base stability is still the issue. All the Park models that are less than 250 still have the wobble factor but the actual clamp is way better quality

Key part in bold. The first thing I thought when seeing the picture is how short the legs look. The clamping system looks a little cheesy too. Might get you by though. Most times you get what you pay for, at least on the cheap end.
