Now that WADA has given a heads-up / "telegraph" that there is a plastics test in the works, speeds in the TdF and Giro will slow a bit.

More riders protests against conditions and difficulties. Cleaner riders will put up with less crap.

If by "clean" you mean probably only uses transfusions and minimal "recovery therapy" then maybe...
