This is a very good poll and very difficult one. My first choice has to be Visconti at the Giro. That solo attack was amazing with harsh weather conditions, a great, great win. On second comes Barguil at the Vuelta, quite impressive and beautiful. On third comes Bakelants on par with Adam Hansen. Fourth place goes to both Rui Costa's intelligent attacks from the breakaway on Col de Manse and Croix Fry. (I may be biased on this last one)

In the Giro I also liked the stage win by Paolini. That was pure toughness, experience and bike skill combined. To be there with the GC contenders on a difficult final climb, and to then outdescend everyone by a big margin was impressive. Quite similar to Bakelants' winning move, as well as the fact he took the leader's jersey in the first ever attempt at the race.

Not sure how can anyone write Trentin TDF win without mentioning Riblon ... But oh well, from that list Hansen for me.

Still that's quite stupid, first he should ask opinions and then do a poll.

Now addding any options is worthless imo..

Tough one, very tough. Gonna have to re-watch a couple of these before voting. Visconti at the Giro was of course epic. Also really enjoyed seeing Bakelants just barely snatch the win from the sprinters. Also really loved seeing Elissonde and Barguil get their wins, 2 young and talented guys proving they have what it takes to be big players in the WT.

Riblon was another good one (even if I was cheering for Tejay).
Kadri at Roma Maxima was one of my favorite wins of the season. Getting his chain back on by hand, on the descent! Great stuff!
And it was a late breakaway so not sure if it would qualify. But Phinney's win in Pologne was awesome.

That victory was awesome not only because of the performance itself, but the wave it caused in the peloton. Suddenly people started believing in the possibility of attacking on a flat finish, and within weeks you had GVA, Renshaw and Stybar (x2) pulling off the same trick, which made the late-season sprint finishes far more entertaining and unpredictable.

Lot's of very good ones, so very difficult to decide. For me, I think Barguil seemingly cracked, caught by Uran, then hanging in the wheel only to outsprint him, is the one that was most engraved in my memory.
