On pure flat long TT's Martin is the man to beat. In prologues Cancellara is probably still the best. And in hilly TT's it's a tie between Froome and Cancellara.
Wiggins is somewhere in top 3 in all of these 3 kinds of TT's. Martin isn't in top 3 when it comes to prologues IMO.

Since most TT's are flat and and some are +30k, TMartin must be the best TT'er of the year, also considering how many TT's he won this year (100% of his wins were ITT's or TTT's eventually leading to 2 stage race overall victories).

I think it's closer between Martin and Froome than this poll suggests, but yeah, Martin of course.

If there is any doubt jump on cq and list riders by ITT. Martin 826 points from ITT in a year, second place is 322. So in terms of results it really is Martin and then daylight.
