Wow, it sounded like it was heading this way, but never really believed it would happen.

If this is true, can he race pending an appeal... or does he stay suspended until appeal process is over...

TWICE. Twice now Bertie has been effectively caught red-handed and twice he has been let off without so much as a slap on the wrist thanks to Spanish nepotism.

the declaration has already been made so yes this is the final announcement coming out tomorrow.

wada won't appeal probably since they didn;t appeal to that table tennis player who was caught on clenbuterol

contador has never been caught on doping. except some picograms of clenbuterol which was undetecable for uears these low dosises. you seriously think contador will be less strong in the tour this year than last year?? he will be riding cleanly and get to the same level if not higher

Gah! The politics! You know, immoral as it may be, I'm hardly bothered by the knowledge that some people are cheating. I take the whole sport with a pinch of salt. I would like to know who can actually ride in a given season though. It's the waiting for legal processes, etc. Frustrating.
