Contador Giro Equipment deal?

I can help but notice Contador doesnt wear the giant robot head-like prevail that saxo-bank is using this season. Does he have a deal with giro that allows him to wear they're helmet exclusively?

I know riders get shoe, glasses and some components they are contracted to use, but I dont know that I see riders wear different head gear than the others on there team, especially these days...

Last year while at Astana he was the first to get as personal sponsor Specialized (for his bike); then whole team got a contract.

So yeah, seems he attract many personal sponsors (like Giro).

I think he will always wear a Giro helmet. Not only Saxobank-Sungard have bikes and helmets from Specialized. Astana has the same combination.
What I think is just a guess: Contador has that big scar from brain surgery (a monster with 70 stitches) and maybe the Giro helmet is the one he can wear without pain.

Contador is now using a prologo saddle, speedplay pedals and specialized shoes.They also sponsored him last year its a big change from 2010.

i didn't even noticed the glasses. all i saw were unshaved arms

but ya glasses aren't that great. the colour doesn't fit the kit's colour
