contador to retire if penalized?

Read that on cyclingnews site today...trying to play hardball and "retire" if found guilty, possibly. What a croc..him and Lance should get a room. I know I wouldn't miss "el pistolero". He can take Basso, Ricco, DiLuca,Vino, Valeverde with him. If conti did this he would be back in 1-2 yrs anyway.Anyone buying this crap?
