Did Katusha buy Free Doping Ticket 2015 ?

Theres no need to argue that Kristoff is the most ridiculous thing since Bradley-Froome duo in 2012 TdF and Gilbert 2011.

Seems Rodriguez is also flying very high

Especially Kristoff, you can't be so dominant and keep within passport limits so obviously he has protection.

Did Katusha bough the Free Doping Ticket 2015 ?

Should we expect grandpa Purito to school Quintana/Froome/Contador/Nibali in the tour?

Well, if you think about Ulrich Jan, i see no reason why Kristoff could not win Tdf with this "form" :D

He might have protection, I don't know, but the first clause in your statement is most certainly false.

Yes, Hrotha is correct. It is public record the UCI hides positives.

To answer your question, is it possible? Yes. Makarov has enormous influence inside the UCI.

But, maybe it helps to think about it more creatively. Maybe it's like the IAAF bribes? Someone pays someone at the UCI to never test positive. The IAAF bribery scandal showed everyone the ample opportunities for corruption. Same opportunities arise at the UCI.

Forgot to add grandpa no2, "the domestique" Paolini in original post, nice 1.WT win for him also.

I hope neither Kristoff or Paolini wins PR, would be so sad

What about Froome-Porte, Majka, Horner, ... ? Why wouldn't there be a need to argue?

He's been doing the same for a few years now, steadily improved after joining Katusha and imo peaked in Vuelta 2012. Last year was a dip. Would surprise me if he ever became better than 2012/2013

Oh, and what does "bough" mean?

Last year there were talks of Katusha folding after this season...

They said it would come down to performance of this season...

What we see now is a result from this threat...

Be ready for Tinkoff lambasting his crew and copy this in a few months time...

Well you need to.
I suppose the special thing is winning 5 mass starts in a row?
4 of the 5 wins are 3 daagse de panne and Schelderprijs.. Can`t say that`s more special than the way Cav`s been collecting GT stages for years.. I mean who did he actually sprint against in those 4 wins?
One of them was a breakaway where the other, and lesser sprinter, had cramps and been in a break much longer.
In one, he barely beat Viviane. Good win that though..
In one he beat Greipel on a stage he has won previously. Btw, had the stage been 20cm longer he would have lost
And today all of his contenders crashed...

So what you really have an issue with is Kristoff winning RvV where he`s shown last couple of years that it was only a matter of time...

This most def is within the realm of possible still... It just looks more impressive on paper than it`s actually been.

I'm sure ST meant 'buy'. I've amended the thread title to reflect. ST, apologies if I'm wrong on this...let me know..

He certainly beat some of the best climbers in the world today, but he does that on occasion on mountainous stages. Purito's win today adds nothing in the doping discussion about Katusha, other than guilt by association. Katusha = Dirty

Well Purito is going to turn 36 next month. While Catalunya isn't necessarily indicative of how good he'll be, at this age, any time he stays with the best guys and competes is suspicious. 99% of gt riders are a shadow of their former selves by then.

Gee whiz Hitch. You have no idea how much this post will depress all of us 'over 36 ans'. And I'm not just talking cycling ;)

No way has he been clean in his career. He just won another stage, two in a row. Katusha is on a tear not seen in quite some time... Someone should tell them to tone it down a bit or they'll be at the pulpit begging for a WT license with Astana. Wishful thinking!

It's sickening to see Katusha win race after race. IMO it's no coincidence that they got this run of results, considering the position this team is in financially. Kristoff may have won cleanly through talent and training, but noway has Purito and Paolini done it without preparing like it was back in the day.

While Katusha continues to be ridiculous let's not forget Sky, who's domestiques are better or equal with other major teams leaders.

If Poels could have sticked with Quintana in Tirreno the humiliation would be total.

Back to Katusha, who the *** is Zakarin ? the next Froome i guess but usually russians are stupid and get caught pretty easy.

Yeah, if the testing is remotely effective then Zakurin is going to be busted. The Valls positive should be coming soon too.

I agree. Zakurins performance on the final climb was eye opening to say the least. As we've seen time and time again, performances like those are due to PED's... (SMH)
