I mean it was a strange Tour.
Wiggins had only one clear rival - Cadel. What happened in Tour was very strange. Cadel was suddenly super weak in the mountains. He was preparing for TDF all the season - no problems at all, then suddenly he can't keep up..maybe his heavy wallet (courtesy of Team Sky) was pulling him down?
