Dustin Johnson

Came out with a teary statement yesterday about taking a leave of absense from the PGA tour for personal reasons. Now confirmed he failed a Coke test.

Pathetic the Tour lets him try to camoflage it like that, but entirely predictably given the positive encouragement to doping which American Pro sports engage in (4 game bans vs $50m dollar contracts).

I doubt he used it with the aim of enhancing performance..

That beeing said it's of course wrong as it is prohibited...

A cover-up is expectable as cocaine doesn't fit the "image" of golf...

EDIT:

The PGA Tour’s policy is not to report violations of the circuit’s anti-doping program if the drugs are considered recreational, like marijuana and cocaine.

The PGA doesn't report any punishments it hands out, whether it be fines for swearing, club throwing, spitting or recreational drug misuse.

Its DJ's third offence, one for weed in 2009, an 11 week ban in 2012 for coke (absence explained as strained back from lifting a jet ski) and now this.

The rumours regarding the 2nd of those offences have been around since that time, hence the media going into overdrive when he released his statement yesterday.

How does the saying go....

Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me, the media weren't falling for it twice.

Pretty sure one of her prerequisites is that one has to be able to source the good stuff by the wheelbarrow full.

Wrong, apparently he has had a drug issue for some time. Besides, even if she did he could have made the decision not to do it. Personal responsibility....its a fleeting attribute but it still exists in some places.

On another note, it is also rumored he was banging the wives of a couple of tour players lol.
