Enduro coverage?

We at Cyclingnews would like to know what, if any, coverage of the emerging discipline of enduro mountain bike racing you'd like to see. Are there any series or particular races that interest you? If so, what?

I'd like to see coverage both US domestic and European. But start with understanding the events and the difference here in the US and Abroad

which is a little different than some of the European versions I have seen on web.

I think the industry is trying to define enduro competitions. As in a mass start huck fest or quasi ITT point to point.

I'm not so sure coverage of just podium is appealing to readers though as the events here in the US are more of an one event epic event for amateur riders to explore. the time cost of travel event to event will limit participation. hence we will have just a few riders more or less just advertizing for big brand long travel bikes

Boeing is right. The fastest growing participation segments defy UCI categories and can vary by location. An example, gravel-grinders where it's rougher roads on cross bikes or light mountain bikes in the U.S. and long, long huckfests at some European ski resorts, or the Three Peaks epic.

Agreed. IMHO, CN has to change the format of the reporting. I don't know how exactly, but the events are more about the courses anyway.

As an example, reporting the finish of Three Peaks 2012 is meaningless without including the epic, awful weather conditions and detailed course consequences across the three peaks.

I fear it is a podium advertizement fest for the top 3-5 long travel companies and really unattainable opportunity for a vast majority of riders.

In France, the Roc 'd Azur is gigantic. An ASO event!!

You are on the right track covering these events. IMHO you'll have bigger audience for your advertisers.
