Kelly really pushing the envelope today, all envelopes, the vulgarity envelope (he did sincerely apologise, Robbie McEwen didn't let that pass), the tough questions for studio guest, Jonathan Vaughters, envelope (might have some supporters here), the clinic-hinting envelope (UAE were the target) and as ever the really mangled pronunciation of Scandinavian names (UAE again).

I am calling it, he is on something today and it's not even the day after a rest day. Go, Sean! :D

Started watching the Giro presentation (something that apparently only about 200 people in Turin bothered doing live) but soon turned off after Anthony McCrossan introduced Israel Premier Techah including Ethan Hayterah, Michael Woodsah, Riley Pickerellah, Simon Clarkah ....

You're from Southampton, man: Why???
soz,,, bit late on this one.. but... isn't this how the irritating-aaah-bore-has-aaah-always-delivered-his-aaah-drones?
i noticed Tony Gibb could-aaah-be guilty of this too.. especially when he was commentating on the Aaah-Ride-Aaah-London-Classic

The awkward silence when he was on a long monologue outright implying UAE were doing some dodgy stuff was hilarious, I think he's just stopped giving a toss in his old age, I enjoy it but can see some Eurosport execs panicking soon enough and slowly ushering him towards the door.

Do they ever do any kind of audience feedback research? Do they think that his input impresses or amuses anyone? Because antipathy to him here is pretty much universal, and I would suggest that the UK members here are probably a good representation of UK cycling viewership on a dedicated channel.
his affected' bloke-iness' does wear thin...
even worse when he joins Hatchling, to compete for the Northern Bloke crown.
Flippin'eck! Crikey!

So I see-ah, some-ah-one-ah has been listening-ah, to-ah The Fall-ah, and they want-ah their commentary-ah to sound-ah, like-ah, it's delivered-ah, by-ah, Mark E Smith-ah...
