Fausto recently arrived back to Monaco after a training holiday at altitude in Colombia! His first race will be revealed soon. It is likely it will be either Oman Tour or UAE tour, with building towards the Giro d'Italia.

He means business, he want to show the world how strong he is after so many setbacks. Riding through the finish line to gain maximum time.

Very meaningful victory because he could just wait for the mountain tomorrow and crush everybody, but he can't control himself , he needs to race.

I said since last spring that Quickstep should be Masnads as gc leader in the Giro instead of Porutuguese Zubeldia or Belgian Spilak. They didn't listen, but it's clear they won't make the same mistake. He can genuinely win the giro, what will stop him.
