Frame Sizing Advice

Need help: Currently ride a 58cm Trek 5200, top tube is 57.3cm and head tube is ~16cm with tape measure. I ride a 12cm stem with 1cm of spacers.

I am looking for a new frame and would like to replicate this geometry. Treks H2 fit seems like the head tube is way too big and this seems to be the direction cervelo have gone in.

Anyone have any ideas?

First check vertual top tube measure a level line from centre of head tube to centre of seat tube it can be confusing . also note the new larger bearing in bottom of head set it can make the head tube appear longer .

Treck generaly have a long top tube

After Lance retired, head tubes (H2 and H3) got longer and top tubes got shorter. The old long and low OCLVs and Madones were too difficult a fit for 30-something dentists and lawyers.

An H1 Madone or Scott Addict might be the ticket. And Cervelo isn't quite in H2 territory.

Check Cannondale and Felt, too.

Thanks for the advice. I checked the top tube with a tape measure and Trek also emailed me their geometry chart.

I would love a Madone 6.9 frame but don`t really want to spend $2500 on a frame. Bit disappointed that every carbon bike Trek makes under this price has H2 geometry.

I will take a look at Cannondale and Felt. Really like my current fit so hope that I can replicate it.
