CAS reduced from 20 to four years suspended for Da Ros
The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) has established a four year suspension for former Liquigas rider Gianni Da Ros, arrested in March 2009 following an investigation into a network of trafficking of doping substances in gyms.

CAS thus reducing the request of 20 years of sanction of the Italian Olympic Committee (CONI).

Thus Da Ros, 23, may not return to cycling until 13 March 2013.

i wonder did give names in order for the leaner sentence?

i hope so. How could they permit someone who deals back into the sport?

Matteo Priamo's on a four-year ban too - I don't know if he's a "dealer" per se but he was the one who provided Sella with his CERA.

I think they should not have reduced the ban. I am definitely for stricter regulations, especially on something as dealing in banned substances.
