One day race for climbers. Spectacular field this year as well, with Pogacar facing off with Roglic.
And we have both the Yates bros, Pinot in one of his last races of career, last year's winner Mas who rode away from Pog. And many ohters.

It is possible. Last year he lost to Mas, and the year previously he was doing wheelies in the groupetto, then went on to win Lombardia. You just never know. But it's a race he hasn't won yet, so I'm sure he'd like to.

Garbage garage ramp sprinters, uniperto stages, jumbo QS merger, over-hyped nancy boys, stage neutralisation, short stages shortened. The gladiator days are over but it’s as interesting as ever.

Looks like a dry run for il Lombardia with Pogacar & Yates trying to do over Roglic with the old 1-2. Will be interesting to see the form of the UAE pair & Roglic is probably still full of unused energy from the Vuelta! Pogacar has not won the race, and has done a couple of races, so I'd make him a slight favourite.
