Who has the best team for stage 2 ttt

Is it a straight fight between garmin and sky?
or do astana and orica green edge, liq, bmc come into the mix?

Orica seems to be the best team on paper, but in a TTT you need to have luck on your side.

Top favourites:
Cannondale, Orica, Sky, Garmin, OPQS

Other notable teams:
Radioshack, FDJ, Movistar, Blanco, BMC

Liquigas has always been good in teamtimetrials, but this is propably the worst team Cannondale could have lined up, I don't see them anywhere near the front. And FDJ is usually one of the worst ttt-teams there is

It's not your standard TTT course, in fact it's pretty hard to predict what kind of team will do well of this. It might well be that having only climbers is not that much of a disadvantage.

I think there will only be 2 teams in contention Sky & OPQS.

in what way is this not a standard TTT course?

That Cannondale team lacks most of the teams good TTers. They wont get anywhere in this TTT. Plus I'm surprised to see no mention of Astana. Nibali, Kessiakoff, Gruzdev, and Kangert are all powerhouse TTers. I feel that would have been in the prime position if Brajkovic was riding as well, but it'll probably be Garmin and Sky a few seconds apart with Astana a few seconds further back.

I could see OPQS getting slowed by Brambila

They will not wait for him if he drops. They are most probably in the hunt to keep/get the pink jersey.

When I read Blanco I totally fell off my chair laughing :D

They have some good ttt-guys, and I reckoned Gesink and Kelderman will do some huge turns as well. I'm not expecting anything though, they're outsiders but nothing more.

That guy Pippo_San has some Rabo/Blanco issues, in fact naming them is not that crazy... in the Vuelta TTT they got 3d with a similar line up.

Exactly. And Clement seems to be in good shape according to his TT's in Romandie.
