Traditionally on 01/01 is the GP Sven Nys in Baal raced. It's a GvA cross and the favourite is of course Sven Nys.

Crashed. They just showed him soft pedaling off the course holding his lower back/****.

Could have been so much better if Boom didn't crash during the first lap. He looked strong.

Is cyclocross more dangerous then training on the road (definitely if you see the conditions the last weeks)?
I dont see that many injuries in cyclocross, Simunek broke his collarbone last week but in the last years it cant remember many crashes that meant a long injury. Albert in Gavere.

Last year Hermans broke his toes at home and missed the trainingcamp, Hunter broke his ankle on training, ...

I think Cyclocross races are definately more dangerous than road race training.
