(Well I have to look for someone who has a cycling brother, don't I? And I probaly wouldn't be looking for him if it hadn't been for the "sibling of a pro cyclist" asterisk, which I want to know why was put there)

European?
Dutch speaker?

(It was basically about the extend he can be considered a "pro")

Ceylin del Carmen Alvarado? Yes. The exact opposite of a less talented younger brother, a more talented older sister. It doesn't seem like her younger brother - Salvador - can really be considered a pro, and he mostly seems to be doing CX these days. And of course her team-situation is a bit more complicated than, say, Emma Norsgaard.

Any relatives who:

Are pros?
Could potentially be pros in the future?

Used to be a pro cyclist? I'm not sure whether this person was ever fully pro
Ever done a GT? No

Currently a pro cyclist themselves? No

Could this person have done a women's equivalent of a GT? Yes
Did this person mainly ride on the track? No

Could this person potentially have done a GT, if joined the right team? Yes*

Did her career coincide with the existence of a women's equivalent of a GT?

(BTW, if you had simply answered "No" to the "Could have a GT?" question, I would have understood it as our mystery person being a woman)
