Are you sure she's not changing CX team for next year (as of Sunday)? No. According to the results on PCS she's riding for the same team as today after Saturday. But they do list it as being her 2023 team.

Sara Casasola? Yes. She even held the fastest lap time at one point during the race today, but it might have been beaten later. I don't know how accurate it was either, cause she was nowhere to be seen towards the end.

But if your look at her results, she is listed as having ridden for Selle Italia from the start of the 2022/23 CX campaign.
