Can you give us a hint?
A couple of housekeeping things.

Raced the Peace Race: as we were talking about multi-week stage races when that question I am referring solely to the traditional entity, which ran from 1948 to 2006, when I say no, and not the U23 short stage race in the Czech Republic that now bears that name, which he has raced.

Raced an edition of the Tour de l'Avenir with at least 10 stages (excluding prologues)? No* - this answer on further inspection is incorrect and may have misled, due to a DNF and me misreading the dates of the start and finish of the race on Firstcycling. Nevertheless this was not the multiple week stage race I had in mind.

From a country which scored a top 12 finish in the men's biathlon relay in Östersund last week?

French team in 2023?
Austrian team in 2023?
