Happy Birthday Susan

This is a bit late, except for N. America, but better late than never.

Susan was my first admin contact back in 09, so when the system wouldn't let me log in today, I naturally wrote to Susan to ask for help. She replied almost immediately and helped me out with the link to the password reset page. She mentioned in passing that she was actually off this week, and about to be taken out to celebrate her birthday.

I know that many here have had issues of one kind or another with Susan, but I have never found her to be anything less than considerate and helpful when I have required help of some kind.

As someone who has also been a mod and admin for years, I understand perfectly how impossible it is to please all the people all the time, especially on this forum, which requires more attention and babysitting than any forum I know. Quite honestly, I wouldn't be a mod here if they paid me, so I have great respect for those who are willing to take on what is a thoroughly thankless task.

So, I'd like to express my sincere thanks and admiration for the no-win job that Susan has done here since this forum started up!

Happy birthday Susan, many happy returns!

Happy birthday Susan, many happy returns!

Hoping that you had someone taking you out to dinner again this year and it was a great day.

How many times can a girl turn 19? :)

I have to admit I have already started repeating my 39th birthday.

Seven of us went to dinner last night and it was nice enough to eat outside, probably the last time this year.

Thank you to everyone for the good wishes.

Susan, happy birthday, I came just in the time for the afterparty!

Plus, I've nailed the 9000th post in subforum "About the forum"! :D
