Has the green jersey changed shade this year

Something I have been thinking all tour. It looks like the green jersey now a horrible shade of lime green, rather than the darker green it used to be. Not sure why it was changed but it looks horrible

It is brighter/lighter then past years. Kinda like that smiley > even worse

I was wondering if it was, or if it looks different because now I am watching it in HD, as opposed to fuzzy/snowy can't read the numbers tv. It does look a different shade
