I'm taking 4 days off work in a few weeks and wanted to take one of the 4 day bicycling camps around. They are out of my budget, but I don't want that to slow me down. I'd like to get through some drills and riding that would help with local crit racing. I'm coming from a running background and want to get the most from my time off.
The catch here is that I will be by myself most of the time.
Any tips or daily schedules that might be useful here?
