This video is great motivation, and it's message is really good. This year in my last road race of the season (a stage race), I had one of my worst performances since I started racing. As racers we put a lot into our racing and take great pride when we are able to follow through and be successful in our sport. But when you put so much effort into it, and try so hard, yet come up short, it can be very difficult to find the motivation to continue. At the time this video offered me great inspiration.
