Hybrid bike - best size for me?

Hey guys,

I've not ridden a bike for a long, long time, and am thinking about getting a hybrid bike.

What do you think is the best frame size for a guy who is 5'11 (182cm) and has a 32" inside leg (82cm)

Mostly depends on the bike, but try hitting on something in the 19-21" range.

Ja, but to this day not every hybrid is a hybrid. (I mean, I take parts from a road bike and plaster them onto a comfort bike - that I would call a hybrid. And I do that only because the bike feels well then.) Your mileage may vary, though.
