a-Cover two or more races simultaneously with competitive squads
b-Show results in Grand Tours, Classics, ......etc
c-Have a committed sponsor with deep wallets
d-Internal Anti-Doping Controls which don't scare off (c)

SKY and Spain................On the other hand, several World Tour teams might lose their berth at the end of the year, among them the Danish team, the Vasco Team, the two French Teams, The Luxembourg' Team.......As far as this last team is concerned, it may even cease to exist altogether.....My advise to Liquigas: Don't merge (Saxo-TinkOFF), out of synch, Sinnergy^Less ........MER

Its not that different from CQrankings, just different weights to some of the races.

The CQ ranking is easily the simplest and best ranking system (other than how they rank the Tour as slightly more than the Giro and Vuelta) it is not biased toward teams that do not race alot of WT races, and gives a good way to compare top Pro Cont teams with low WT teams.

Its ranking system is the most fair of any.

It's a biased subjective ranking. Some races get inexplably more points than they should. Anglo-saxon bias is big
