A 50% chance he finishes the race?Voted Roglic. I think there's a 50% chance he'll win and a 50% he won't finish the race.
I don't see anyone challenging him if he stays fit and on the bike and avoids some bad luck no one expected. Like his wheel being stuck by a micro meteorite or something like that.

I don't think he'll even be the 2nd best on the team, nor for RedBull to ride like UAE. Sure, Lipo got a chance to also ride for GC in the Vuelta (after the break with O'Connor), but I really doubt that's the role for Martinez.Ultimately it's a very similar field to Catalunya, so unless Ayuso stops flattering to deceive and starts turning the illusion of taking the next step into actually taking the next step, Roglic' biggest enemy is his ability to crash out. Overall the competition looks poor and I expect at least one podium finisher to be a clear indicator of a weak field, e.g. Bilbao doing a 2021 Caruso or Ciccone finally putting it all together.
As an aside, last year's second place not featuring in the poll is... a choice.
I'll actually have a decent amount of content for that race, since stage 3 and 4 take place on my training climbs.Pre-giro poll 3 weeks before trentino????
Woke nonsense.
I mean, I agree that for both DFM and Hindley the path to victory probably goes through a Roglic crash, but that's still a path. Which is more than I can say for some of the proven non-contenders listed instead.I don't think he'll even be the 2nd best on the team, nor for RedBull to ride like UAE. He will explode in Finestre with his infinity cadence!Roglic should win, but I'm mildly conserned with this route he'll be passive and then manage to bottle it somehow.
Cats are @Dazed and Confused. Supporting El Jaguar de Tulcan and the cat killer, Antonio "Sniper" Tiberi?Carapaz will return and reclaim what is rightfully his: The pink jersey. Should this, for some obscure reason, not happen I will be rooting for Tiberi.
Colle delle Finestre will be waiting...Simon Yates to exorcise his Giro demons.
