You need to take a course on Females and their feelings, don't really think this forum can do it justice.

Not saying she's wrong only that the OP needs to hang out with more women.

armstrong came at her throat and tried to ruin her and her family and childrens lives, and she had cooked armstrong his favourite meal when he wanted it when he was living with frankie in south of france.

they were friends. if sociopaths are capable of feelings that is.

frankie is lucky.

a better lesson in life stevie, frankie jnr and marta, they could not get.

So didn't the Andreu's know what Lance was like back then from living with him, why are they so angry, surprised and aggrieved?

Do such courses exist? Really?
Armstrong and his son Luke? Melodramatic? crocodile tears? See how he rebuffed his daughter with the flowers in the triathlon.

so, Armstrong's false emotion, < betsy's "melodrama".

come on.

put this in context. He rang Betsy and Frankie a few days before Oprah and apologized to them!

Or did he. Was this apology really a ruse, masqueraded for Oprah's benfit?

Betsy thought he was gonna come clean on the hospital room and questioning, and he said he was unable to, and those were the subject of confidentiality and dr patient (privilege).

Now, if this is the context that Betsy is seen in, being promised the reveal, and being "apoligised to", Betsy knew she was being sold a bill of goods for the Opera (sic) interview. yes. she was being played.

Betsy does not do "being played" well. this has played itself out over 13 years, and you are not giving her any emotional berth. puhleeese. use a little layperson psychology dude.

if you read into sociopathy/psychopathy, individuals manifest certain traits on the surface, and the more malevolent aspects are not immediate recognisable, but will inevitably play out over time ;)

What has being a woman got to do with anything?

If you had experienced a decade of someone basically bullying you, you might feel a bit emotional after watching the performance of Armstrong on Oprah too.

My experience of socio paths is that they can only manipulate as there is no truth other than their own. I was married to one for 10 years and Lance's 'confession' was so totally typical of their behaviour (almost identical in tone to my divorce to my now ex-wife). It is what I expected. It was not a confession as such and it shed no new light on what I consider to be the more serious issues of how he bullied people like Betsy, team mates, officials and so on. Indeed, the interview confirmed to me that Lance IS a sociopath. No question.

Ah yes, I'd forgotten. Women don't have brains do they, poor wee emotional creatures that they are.

It's patently obvious that Armstrong evaded a definitive answer on that one, despite a tacit admission, and it can only be to avoid providing evidence that could be used against him.

That one stuck out like a sore thumb, and she has every right to highlight it.

In her feedback after Oprah on CNN, could we say she's being OTT?

Frankie didn't seem to have any problems with Lance in the early 2000's e.g. Photo here: http://m.bicycling.com/news/pro-cycling/frankie-speaks

She could say she's now known for years Lance lied in his SCA deposition.

Could she be accused of emotional doping / fraud?
Problem with your timeframe is that at the time of that pic things were relatively OK between the Andreus & Armstrong. Things took a turn for the worse when LA Confidentiel came out, revealing the hospital room event as well as the subsequent SCA trial. From then on he and his wife were squarely in Armstrong's sights.

To label her melodramatic is grossly unfair. To attribute it to her being a woman is just plain idiotic. This person has been vilified by Armstrong for almost a decade. She's not being melodramatic, she's being plain old human.

Betsy Andreu has every right to feel how she feels, she and her husband got run over by an evil entity, formerly a friend. To state she is 'melodramatic' is not suitable, maybe even a pathetic attempt to discredit the Andreus, the ones who are telling the truth for a very long time now. I like their credibility.

I agree

Basecase is trolling Besy Andreu because she has been a thorn in the side of Armstrong for 10 years. A very effective one.

She has every right to be emotional. Armstrong told Oprah nothing was off limits, he lied yet again.

Armstrong prevented Frankie from ever having a decent chance a having a good career in cycling as a DS.
