Check out what a year James Piccoli has had in 2019 on ProCyclingStats. Not only the # Continental rider in the world , and 145th or so on the entire planet, he has accomplished this on a tiny race calander.

Who will he sign with for 2020 ?

First year on the WT and they'll be hungry for results. Could be a lot of pressure but hopefully gives him chance to perform.
James was a late starter in the sport at 22, and had to climb a huge mountain of adversity because of it. He has had to work twice as hard and get three times the results for equal recognition. The result is that you have an athlete whose mental toughness is second to none in North America.
You will be wise to follow this rider, much much more to come from this future star

A late starter from Canada who gets into WT in his late 20-ties after impressing at Tour of Utah with a stage win and 2nd overall, only beaten by a rider from his future team. Where did I hear that before...
