So you've turned to dark side circa TDF 2022 Stage 5, when you let your anger takeover your posting after the biggest betrayal since Cesar and Brutus? I guess it gives you focus while posting, makes you stronger...
You and @Unterlenkerfahrend have some issues and it's not up to me to straight them out. So please, do move on with your life :)

Regardless there's no denying that in the very thread of Vingegaard he has not been assigned a Star Wars character perhaps says all there is to know about his lack of charisma. As for me, I think Gollum from LOTR fits quite well.

If we're getting all Star Wars here (not that I actually believe gizmaLAB to be the forces of good) would Jonas not be the New Hope? After the evil Empire stamped out the Jedi Rogi, and asserted it's strength on a cycling universe, a new hope was found through the unbeknownst Jedi Jonas Skywalker

I already likened him to my "favourite" SW character last year.

Jonas is Jar Jar Vings: A character that suddenly appeared on the scene, but no one can really explain why he's there, and many people find him annoying.

No, no issues, just a slow day at work, waiting to go home...
You're the one occasionally slamming the guy because he took from Rogla what was his, now even bodyshaming him for being small and thin, like the lack of charisma isn't enough for the guy.
Some of us can defend him in his topic, surely...

Hmm...no, I don't slamm Vingo because he "took" whatever from Roglic.
Although I'm Portuguese, I'm not a simpleton peasant.
Vingo won every race I can remember fair and square.
It's just he seems very hollow. The second coming of robotic Froome. Noone of it matters for racing though, but fans usually end up cheering for those more flamboyant or empathic riders.

That's indeed the other possible end. On the one hand he might not race and they have an excuse, if he races and loses they have an excuse, if he races and wins they have a fairy tale story.
Sponsors love the payoff when a hero emerges from real tribulations. They already have him under contract so the financial benefits could be worth far more than his salary.
Still; let him have his private time to recover!

Ugh, that’s something I really dislike in American sports media coverage of the non-mainstream sports they have to have come back from some “challenging” hardship or setback to be worthy of their star status and interesting enough to hook viewers and readers.

We will see the absolute worst of that kind of thing in the Olympics coverage this July.

Oh, come on! Seriously!

I mean, Gollum has a way more compelling character. His backstory alone makes him more interesting. He is a complex and tragic character who at times has amazing charisma. Don't insult poor Smeagol

This is so effing weird.

If you could choose to be any star wars character everyone would choose to be Darth Vader

You know it's true.
Ok. So you come in here, acting like you "know Star Wars" but you can't even handle basic 101 Star Wars references?

The correct syntax would be:

Search your feelings. you know it to be true.

Sorry we like to see our founding myth reflected back to ad infinitum. It’s the only outlet grown American men have to cry (or had before Gen Z).

It's all subjective, what one might find "flamboyant and empathetic", another ridiculous and repugnant. Vingegaard won his Tours with a strength and bravura that simply contrasts with his meekness and reticence during interviews. Pogi tries to be the good grandson, Vingegaard the avuncular family man. I'd say Jonas' performance in the Tour TT last year was as flamboyant and emphatic as you get. By contrast, the way Pogi demolished the recent Giro was totally robotic and monotonous, without a shred of drama.

Is Sepp Kuss going to the Tour?

If he is, his role could be really remarkable, splitted leadership with Jonas? Kuss could give some room for Vingo in first stages to grow into the full strength , putting some pressure for example against Pogi who may be cautious in first half, because he doesn't know how his body takes two gt's back to back. Or Jonas (and VWA?) supporting Sepp in second half if he can't stay in GC early losing final game?

I think this is interesting strategic setting and how for example Roglic and Evenepoel smell this and try to benefit for themselves.
I think you are enormously overrating Kuss
