Btw since I'm here, I think a fan should be proud of Jonas: he shows the infamous balls. He may have been defeated on the road, but he won in the heart of true cycling fans. Certainly my already high admiration has grown.

Great ride and form, especially from the crash hampering everything. Like I said after he showed he was in good form, he’s in the position Pogacar was the last two editions except it’s all at once increase of spread over two races. I don’t think he or the team will give up but they might not fight as hard after what happened.

I agree Vingo numbers are monstruous today as well. He also put 1:40 on Evenepoel who did great.

Pogi is just stronger than ever + more experienced than ever + better team than ever.

He clearly says he rode the best ride and numbers he has ever done several times. So lets never try to even bend it into something its not or never was. Reality of the situation is that Pogacar is not at 2023 level where he rode with a fracture, who woulda thought.

We dont need to make it harder than it needs to be. Its not harder than that and he also gotten better properly. Were not building rockets here its not that hard. Immense respect for way Jonas is conducting himself and he definitely didnt wheelsuck anything today, big balls and nothing but respect!
