You forgot a "c": ready to crumble...Jonas says he feels as if he's still getting better, even though today wasn't his best day. It sounds like he's ready to rumble.

Maybe if Vingegaard hadn't had that crash in April, we'd have seen a repeat of '22 and '23. Vingegaard isn't that far off considering the preparation he's had
So disgusting... he is not he only one with a family. Be a f****** man.
Imho what he is doing is simply disgusting. Go congratulate Pog, share a few thought after the stage and then, by all means, go cry in your wife's lap (nothing wrong with that). But at the line... Come on...

I am sure he will. But have your significant other wait for you either around the cool down zone or even beyond that. Not at the line.Pretty sure it's usually at the line the disappointment is felt the strongest...
Once he's had time to reflect over what he's managed, I'm sure he'll congratulate Pogacar.
He needs to call her after every race immediately. So when she's there, I guess he needs her on the line. Lika a 2 year old kid and his mommy.I am sure he will. But have your significant other wait for you either around the cool down zone or even beyond that. Not at the line.

I am sure you understand the difference between soigneurs and partners...So, if a rider wins, should their SOs also wait elsewhere, so people like you wouldn't have to suffer the horrible sight of seeing riders in loving relationships?
Even if his wife hadn't been right at the finish, he'd still have needed a few moments to deal with the disappointment...
He had time dealing with disappointment half the climb and actually days before already. Come on.So, if a rider wins, should their SOs also wait elsewhere, so people like you wouldn't have to suffer the horrible sight of seeing riders in loving relationships?

I'm not a fan of Vingegaard, but I think that's a very harsh assessment. People are different. Vinge is very close with his wife, who seems quite involved in his racing as well. And I can't see what's wrong with that.Imho what he is doing is simply disgusting. I think second would be an amazing result for him. And I think he won't throw a hail mary to jeopardize it. He's no Contador in that regard 😅So much talk about 2nd being worthless.
Alright then. Well, most of us knew that wasn't the case after stage 17, but some are still a lil brainwashed I guess
In the grand scheme of things I guess nothing. But he is not making a fan out of me...I'm not a fan of Vingegaard, but I think that's a very harsh assessment. People are different. There is a time and a place for everything. Should you break down and start crying after failing an exam?I think JimPanzen is right; some people simply refuse to grow up from the notion that guys shouldn't show emotions.
