whats happened to the minimum wage in the ProTour?
You can thank Lance for making this rule moot. ;)

He thanks Astana for showing interest. I guess they couldn't give him position of main captain for Giro having already a guy for that.

And Katyusha even if found a GC rider in Rodriguez, had to solve the problem of him being reluctant about going to Giro.

Well they currently are still stating that Di Luca will ride in support of Rodriguez at the giro and have the vuelta for his own

thanks god that i'll be able to see the killer riding again.with all these bullshiet going around, cycling stars cannot find teams and so on i was really scared that the magnificent giro 2009 was di luca's last battle.

i don't know if he'll be a factor in giro maybe later in the vuelta.anyway goddamn good news!

Lol I know why he's not getting paid:

if you test positive while being on Katusha you have to pay them twice your yearly salary

2 x 0 = ??

(this will probably be removed soon)

I'm glad he's back, I'm glad he's riding for free too, though I suspect he's on some huge performance bonus related pay scheme..
He does look a little shiflty when he stares into the camera though yeah??

If Angelo Zomegnan is true to form then surely di Luca won't be allowed to ride this year's Giro. Like what was the case with Ricco and Sella.

Good to see one of my favorite riders come back on one of my favorite teams. Hopefully he can do it clean this time.

Great rider, stylish dresser, very handsome Italian and a Giro winner. A totally awesome combo. Riding the Giro and the Vuelta. He will make the Vuelta a class race. I will root for the killer on every curve and bend of the Vuelta. Total class act Di Luca.
