Kiryienka refused when asks for water - cause of abandon ?

Commentators on my local Eurosport said that

Sky had 2 cars, one following Froome and one for Porte, Kiryienka was alone and was refused water when he asked to other team cars.

anyone knows something about this ? Was told that the news was on an italian TV post.

any written article anywhere ? google doesn't show anything

If it's true I don't think that's that the reason of him abandoning. In a newspaper there was an article about the bus that followed the riders that were last in the stage.

Journalist followed the bus sunday (stage 9). And the article stated that the bus gave kyrienka the whole time food and water in order that he can finish on time.
