was wondering by now you would think because of how hard it is when nature calls that there should be knicks available to people that want a zipper that makes it nice and easy if you know what i mean hehe ...im sure theres a way for manufacturers to integrate a zipper in the knick also making it preacticallly invisible to the eye so that it doesnt look stupid ...

i remember not long ago seeing an advert for a company that was making knicks with a zip right up the middle of the chamois, it was a big brand like castelli or pearl izumi etc.

I have a Pearl Izumi bib tight with a horizontal opening that "facilitates" the nature break. Pearl put a little graphic on it, "Be sure to shake", or something like that, very cute. I can't check it for sure, as the bib is at home in Cali, and I'm in Belgium.

for men (#1) i'm not sure there is a problem (stretch down the front, alternatively i have seen someone pulling the leg up)

for ladies and #2 taking jersey (with full pockets) off to take bibs down is obviously not ideal.

a zip down seems like a disastrous idea. chafing possibilities abound, furthermore the risk of trappage seems high which would more than offset any benefit.

Zip = weight penalty.

Just unzip your jersey hitch one shoulder strap on your bibs off the shoulder lever down your shorts while grabbing the firehose and let it rip :)

Would you be advocating a zip up the **** crack as well so that the possibility was there to have a crap if required???

Maybe your best bet is just to accept that bib tights are not for you. You could get a little set of braces and clip yourself in and out as required if you wanted to come half way.
