Links to photo pages

Why do you make the links to photo pages active when there are no photos in them? It's very disappointing to see the link active and to click it and find nothing in them. Please only make them active if there are photos to be seen.

Commonwealth games links. Photo link is there with nothing too see in it.

Paris Tours. Link to photos, but no photos inside. Why even have the link there?

2011 Giro. Photo link there with nothing in it. If you have no photos to show link should not be there or at least should not function.
