Lists and Tables

I believe the software supports lists, bullet points essentially. I quite like them, but I wasn't going to mention it until I noticed Dekker_Tifosi butcher a post in the mistaken belief that the forum supports

  And while we're at it, is there anyway to import stuff as a table? Rankings, Starting Line ups, results etc often come in table form, so is there any way of dropping that in directly without having to take an image and manipulating it?
