Malvor-Sidi jersey up for graps

It's a classic thermal long sleeved thermal training team jersey. After a clear out I forgot I had it. It's in really good condition and in a size far too big for me (large). The deal is a donation to a charity close to you and I will meet the mailing costs. First come first served who can answer the following:

a) who went insane when the smoke rings blew?

b) who liked his fags the best?

c) what's a swimming elephant?
