Hi:

Have you ever play to a football game called comunio? Do you like cycling? If you answer ok to any of these questions, you should play to Managerdc.

If you don't know anything about comunio, I will explain quickly how to play to Managerdc:

Managerdcis divided in leagues. They can be private leagues (with password) or public leagues (without password). There can be a maximum of 20 players in a league.

There are available all riders of Proteams and Continental Professional teams in each of them (and some riders of Continental teams). However, a rider belongs only to a player. In other words, two players of the same league can't be owners of the same rider in the same moment. You start the game with some randomly drawed riders and with a quantity of money. You need it to buy the riders who appears randomly in the market every day. To buy a Computer's rider, a player of the league makes an offer without knowing the offers of the other players of the league. At the end of the day, a player who offers the biggest quantity of money will buy the rider.

You have to obtain more points than other members of your league to be the winner. You have to register a maximum of 9 riders in each race to obtain points. Yo can play in 68 races (UWT and HC level races, olimpic games and world championship). The riders can obtain points for a lot of reasons. For example, a rider will obtain points if he finishes an stage of an important race between 25 first positions, if he is a partner of the winner of a stage or if he reaches the top of any pass in the first positions. The races are sorted by categories. Because of this, a rider will obtain more points if he wins a prize in a race with the best category (tour de france).

If you konw how to play to comunio, I will explain the improvements of Managerdc:

- Managerdc is totally free. You don't have to pay anything to have all posibilities available.
- When you make an offer to other member of your league, yo can offer your riders, too.
-You can send private messages to any player of your league.
-You can show interest in any rider of the other players of your league before making an offer.
-You can easily know other player's inscriptions to a race when it has started. Furthermore, you can see your points in a race before finishing it.
-You can see where a rider have obtained all of his points. Furthermore, you can know the same in other years.
-You can configure a maximum of riders per player.
-There is a bonus system. This is limited to protect the value of the riders. Each bonus is distributed automatically when a race finishes.
-If you don't like playing with all races and riders you can customize it when you are creating a league. In other words, you can decide the races and teams you want

to take into account in your league.

However, the main difference between Managerdc and comunio is the dynamism that offers a cycling game. A footballer normally is more regular along the season than a

rider. The riders aren't ok all the season and they don't play all races. For example, despite of having Alberto Contador, you will not obtain a lot of points at the

beginning of the season.

In my opinion, there isn't a better browser cycling free online game, with real riders and races. Because of this, it is becoming very popular between players who are

playing to it. If you like cycling, Managerdc gives you a chance to enjoy more with it. Otherwise, if you don't know a lot about cycling, this is a pleasant form to

learn about it.

You can see the user manual to start playing. However, it's very easy to play. If you have any question, I'll try to answer you.

Best regards

I agree

This is by far the best fantasy cycling site that I've found so far. I strongly suggest other people check this out. It's the closest thing I've found to either Yahoo Sports or ESPN fantasy sports (maybe one day Yahoo will set up a cycling game...in my dreams). This allows you to buy players, trade players, gain money, select start lists. You can even create private leagues etc. This game rules and it's the only game I've found where you're the only person to "own" a rider. Nobody else can have the riders you have, which it truely the best way to play these games.

I joined today! Thanks!;):D

Martzel, can you drop riders by putting them back on market? How long do riders stay on the market if you put them there? I'm hoping that the computer will buy the rider back from you if you don't want them anymore...

You can sell your riders puting them on the market. Computer will make you an offer for them every day.

Your riders will be into the market between 1 and 4 days, according with the configuration of your league (you can see it in "my account" section).

Thank you because of your opinion about the game.

Ok, thanks. Yeah, I noticed that I got a reduced offer from the computer of 97% of the total price of the rider. I hope more people check out the site and we can get some conversation going about it.

Did you create the game? I think it's excellent but one thing I'd like to see is the ability (or the option) to see other people's bids on riders. This way you can create a bid war and also save your money as well. I noticed that I've got a few riders that I put on market and I got a few offers but when the personal message feature it turned off it's hard to communicate to the low bidder that they won't win and should increase the offer if they'd like...just a suggestion.:D

Hi The Aluminium Monster:

I am not one of the creators of the game but I'm working with them from the beginning. My role in Managerdc is other.

We have been developing this game for a long time. Actually, opinions like yours are very wellcome for us.

Improvements are frequently proposed by Managerdc's players. We apply some of these every year. Really thanks because of your suggestion. In my opinion it's awesome.

It might be applied for the next year. For instance, we could develope a system similar to "eBay" for buying riders. Of course, current method would be maintained. With this new feature, the manager of each league would decide using current or new method.

Virus

FYI I have gotten 2 viruses from this site, most likely from the crappy garbage advertising on the site. I got the google redirecting virus and another more complicated virus that required complete computer reimaging. It's sad because I was enjoying 6 leagues but I will not return to this site. I'd suggest that whoever is running the site seriously reconsider some of the ad sites.

DO NOT SPEND TIME ON THIS WEBSITE!!!

Hi The Aluminium Monster:

First, we apologize if you've had any problems with our website. This is the first news we have regarding the existence of virus in the web advertising and wonder as thousands of users every day come and no one had said anything similar.

Anyway, we decided to remove all the publicity because we just reported profits. Now you have no excuse to enter the site :)

Apologies again
