Map: The Tour de France "virus"

This map represents, for each year, the French départements which hosted a stage start or finish for the first time. And even if it was known to some people that the Tour went for the first time in Corsica in 2013, some départements had to wait a freaking long time to host the Tour like Creuse (first and only time in 2004 with a finish in Guéret) or Eure-et-Loir (first time in 1999, which is really surprising due to its proximity to Paris!).
