Vincenzo Nibali has gone longer without a stage win in the Giro than in both the Tour and the Vuelta.

Alberto Contador never won another Tour stage after 2009, meaning his last-ever Tour stage victory was a TT. He also doesn't officially have a Giro stage to his name as those in 2011 were stripped.

By taking his eighth Tour stage on Friday, Tadej Pogacar now has more Tour stage wins than any other Tour GC winner since Pantani, who also has eight (not including Armstrong's stripped results). He also has more professional wins than Cavendish did at this age, and just four less than Froome managed in his entire career.

Joaquim Rodriguez never won the GC in a professional race outside of Spain.

Remco Evenepoel's dad, Mathieu Van der Poel's dad and Wout Van Aert's dad's cousin where all teammates at Collstrop in 1994

When Thomas de Gendt rode the 2021 Tour of Norway it was the first non-World Tour race he had ridden for four years (excluding Belgian nationals)

Andy Schleck's last victory was before Chris Froome's first victory. But Froome is a month older than Schleck.

The gap between Frank Vandenbroucke's second-to-last and last UCI win was nine years, six months and eleven days.

Andrea Tafi, Steffen Wesemann and Nick Nuyens never won a race again after winning the Ronde van Vlaanderen.

Ivan Gotti has won only four UCI races, two of which were the GCs of the Giro d'Italia.

Gotti won 5 UCI wins: two Giro stages and two Giro GCs as well as a stage in the Volta a Catalunya.

Both PCS and FirstCycling also says he won the 1999 GP Nobili Rubinetterie. PCS list it as having been a 1.1 race, but FC says it was national event. However Wikipedia claims Salvatore Commesso won it.

Anyone here who watched the race and can confirm the actual result?

On the archived pages of the organiser you can read that in 1999 the GP Nobili was the Italian Championships in Arona, won by Salvatore Commesso.

I guess PCS and FC copied the wrong info.

Marianne Vos has ridden 11 Giri and won at least one stage in each of them.

Miguel Indurain never won a Vuelta stage. Neither did Greg LeMond

Bernard Hinault never finished outside the podium in a GT he finished, and he lead the race at some point in all those he rode. He never won Paris-Nice.

Eddy Merckx won pretty much everything except for Paris-Tours. Both he and Hinault had a 6th place as their best result in that race.

Freddy Maertens never won a monument.

Not only did Jaan Kirsipuu never finish a GT in 15 starts, he never even made it to the third week of one.

The runner-up in the Tour de France have had a given name starting with J 23 times. J first names are also most common among thrid place finishers with 19.
The race has been won by someone with a given name starting with L 20 (or13) times. The 2000 and 2001 Tours are the only ones to have had an L winner, a J runner-up and a J in third place.
I know the calendar was different that time with the placement of the Vuelta but very surprised that as a Spaniard Indurain showed such a lack of interest in his home Grand Tour.

Kudos also to @Mosul for that remarkable German Champs Elysee stage stat

So Degenkolb and Walscheid have the whole pressure on their shoulders to keep the streak going this year, as the other viable option (Krieger) should be on team duties in that stage.
