In 1964, Jacques Anquetil won the Giro/Tour double while Raymond Poulidor won the Vuelta.

Since then, it has only happened one time that the three Grand Tours were won by riders from the same country? When and by what country was that?*

It seems very likely that it will happen for a third time this year.

*Edit: As can be seen below, this actually happened two times more.

Is this the first time the three leaders’ jerseys in a GT have been held by three different Australians?

No.
In the 2010 Giro Cadel Evans won the points jersey, Matthew Lloyd won the mountain jersey, and Richie Porte won the BYR jersey.

Aah, I misunderstood your question. I thought you meant "Three of (the four) leaders' jerseys".

Is there a list of how many stages a country has won in one year? Slovenia must be pretty high (especially considering it's 2 riders).

And assuming Rog wins, which country has the best palmares in a calendar year? Obviously Pog could still add a WC and GdL.

Gilbert had a bunch of stage races among those wins, so although that is a longer streak, it doesn’t have the pristine beauty of Hirschi’s.
No, 7 one-day races in a row (but with stage races in between that I ignored): Brabantse Pijl, Amstel Gold Race, Flèche Wallonne, Liège - Bastogne - Liège, National Championships Belgium (Hooglede-Gits) R.R., Clasica San Sebastian, National Championships Belgium (Tervuren) I.T.T.
