Twins.

Of course, next to all the Yateses, Van Dijkes and Oliveiras of the world, there's also a bunch of people that makes you go "This person has a twin?" and a large group of people in the "Who even are these people?" category.
Not many opposite-sex twins.

Walter and Eddy Planckaert have both won the Tour of Flanders.

And what about Eddy and Axel Merckx winning the Belgian Championship?
If counting races that have changed names then Nicolas Roche and Stephen Roche have both won the Route du Sud / Tour Midi-Pyrénées. Dan Martin also won it which is kind of family related.

The list is much longer than what I included.

Here's the link to the family related statistics.

Same race wins only goes from 1987, so no Merckx.

Quite a lot of the same day wins appear to be national championships.

Probably not surprising, the older Zberg brother mostly Beat the younger.

I don't think any sport will better the Chilean quadruplets who all won rowing gold medals in the space of 30 minutes at the Pan American Games last year.

Geraint Jones has 25 over nearly a 20 year period.

also, today I learned that Jens Voight has more wins than Fignon & Nibali. I only thought he won like 10 races.

I think Jens Voigt was very underrated, especially late in his career where judging by how he was talked about, you would think that saying funny things was the only thing he had been good at.

And who is Geraint Jones?
