If Millar does reveal his past, it could be interesting as he is another rider who transcends the period that cycling moved from amphetamines/hormones onto EPO. Millar rode quite well in the mountains for TVM in the 92/93 Tour's battling it out with the likes of Indurain, Chiappucci, Rominger etc so will be interesting to hear if he moved onto EPO as well. I don't think he was selected in 94 so maybe he didn't.
I will say this, after the 98 Tour BBC Radio 5 did a piece on doping in the sport and Millar was asked his opinion on the subject. His response then was that the riders were professionals and it should be their choice to look after themselves as it was part of their job to be in top shape. Doesn't exactly scream eanti-doping but he seem's to have changed his mind somewhat now.
